Check leaked release date and code name of Valorant Agent 2022
It is speculated that the next Valorant agent will be made available by the end of August 2022. Even while Riot Games has been tight-lipped regarding the agent, there have been leaks and hints hidden throughout the game. Here is all we know about Agent 21, who will soon be joining the Valorant team.
Valorleaks revealed on Twitter that Agent 21’s secret codename is “Mage.” After the leak, Riot sent out an email in-game revealing Agent 21’s full name. Agent 21’s name, “Varun Batra” reveals he is of Indian descent and that he is a new member of the REALM’s operations team.
Since the last two agents have been women, there have been rumblings that the new agent will be a man. Some leaks have speculated that the agent will be a controller, given Astra was the most recent addition to the controller agent class.
On or around August 24, 2022, when Episode 5 Act 2 premieres, Agent 21 will officially become a member of the Valorant team. Riot has not yet announced the update, but a trailer will likely be made available after Agent 21 is introduced.
