Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom – How to Complete Out of the Inn
Tears of the Kingdom’s Out of the Inn is a side quest that kicks off at Kakariko Village in the Lanayru region. You can easily get to the inn at 1836, -1022, 0116 from there.
Talking to Dai at the front desk will trigger the objective and send you on a hunt for the Inn’s absent proprietor. Players may locate him at 1736, -0902, 0199 above Kakariko Village, close to Lantern Lake. There are a few ladders that lead to the upper levels; use them to your advantage to avoid exhaustion.
The proprietor will be found sleeping in a tent close to Gordi. To assist him awake, the character will ask you to retrieve a Hearty Truffle.
If you already have one, you can simply hand it over to him and the task will be finished immediately. Those who don’t have this item can still visit the waterfall at 1944, -0982, 0159, as indicated by Gordi. To gain access to the Hearty Truffle in the Kakariko Village Cave, simply crouch at the top and proceed forward.
The Hearty Truffle can be dropped down at the owner’s feet after a quick teleport to the Makasura shrine. Players can now head back to the inn to collect their Sticky Elixir reward from Dai and get temporary Slip Resistance.
