Xiaomi launches its Watch S1 Pro featuring 100 different sports modes
Today, Xiaomi gave its users in China the first look at the brand-new Xiaomi Watch S1 Pro. Along with a number of other items, the new smartwatch was introduced alongside the Mix Fold 4, Buds 4 Pro, and Redmi K50 Extreme Edition. This new wristwatch was released as an improvement over its predecessor, the Watch S1, which was unveiled a few months earlier in December of the previous year. You can have a peek at this Watch S1 Pro smartwatch if you’re interested in its Pro version.
Moving on to the Watch S1 Pro’s features, Xiaomi has given this new wristwatch a somewhat more athletic design aesthetic. Here, a stainless steel unibody also houses a 46mm circular dial that is incorporated within it. A larger 1.47-inch AMOLED screen with 480-pixel resolution and a maximum brightness of 600 nits can be found on the front of the device. Additionally, the smartwatch has compatibility with water resistance of up to 5 meters.
A heart rate sensor and an oxygen saturation sensor are also included in the hardware. With the help of these sensors, you will be able to monitor your temperature, stress levels, and sleep patterns. The fact that this smartwatch will support 100 distinct fitness modes is one of its main selling points. Also, a built-in GPS lets you record all of these outdoor activities, like running and cycling, on your smartwatch without using a smartphone.
A robust chipset based on 12NM can also be found if you look inside the smartwatch, and it is capable of offering long-lasting battery life as well. There are other additional functions, such as music playback, Xiaomi TV control, and a flashlight, that can be seen here. You will notice a larger 500mAh battery on the battery side, which Xiaomi claims may last up to 15 days on a full charge. You also receive assistance with the reverse charging function.
