Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty: How to Deflect
Offensive and defensive aggression is a common theme in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, with the latter requiring a firm grasp of the game’s deflection mechanics. As long as your Spirit Gauge is full, you can block attacks, but deflecting them allows you to strike back much more quickly.
To deflect an enemy attack, press Circle (PlayStation) / B (Xbox) before taking damage. You can optionally specify a direction to travel in after successfully deflecting an attack. Any possible harm is cancelled out, and the distinctive sound of metal striking metal indicates a successful effort.
