Baki Hanma, also known as “Baki: Son of Ogre,” is a Japanese manga written and illustrated by Keisuke Itagaki. The manga series started in 2005 and ended in 2012, after 37 incredible volumes. The storey follows Baki Hanma as he travels the world fighting strong warriors in order to excel at Martial Arts.
Baki’s first season premiered on Netflix in 2018, followed by a second season in 2020. The showrunners stated in the same year that Baki Hanma would be adapted for the third season, and that it would continue up just where the second season left off.
Baki Hanma will be the anime series’ third season technically. Baki Hanma will be the fourth season for the foreign public because Netflix split Season 1 of Baki into two parts.
