Ubisoft’s massively popular Assassin’s Creed series returns to its beginnings in Assassin’s Creed: Mirage. This latest installment reverses the series’ previous shift toward role-playing and open world gameplay by reverting back to the linear, stealth-focused formula upon which the Assassin’s Creed series was founded. Fans of the series should be ecstatic to play a new AC game that feels so much like the originals. Release date for Assassin’s Creed: Mirage is listed below.
Release Date for Assassin’s Creed Mirage
The PlayStation Showcase 2023 confirmed the October 12 release date for Assassin’s Creed Mirage. This is the first installment in the series since Assassin’s Creed Valhalla in 2020. This release spans multiple generations of consoles, including PC, Amazon Luna, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
The PlayStation Showcase not only revealed the game’s upcoming release date, but also featured hands-on time with Ubisoft’s next big game. Baghdad, the game’s new environment, and the game’s new playable character, Basim Ibn Ishaq, were both on display. The gameplay exhibited appears like a throwback to the original Assassin’s Creed, which is to be expected. We are eager to hear more about this new venture for Ubisoft, as it appears to be a significant addition to the series.
