WhatsApp is working on a new in-app banner to announce the ability to share documents up to 2GB in size, for a future update of the app!https://t.co/9pOX6faJmx
WhatsApp is reportedly developing a new in-app ad for the document browsing area. Share documents and files up to 2 GB with the new banner. It will create awareness among users who are unfamiliar with this function and urge them to use it.
WhatsApp is also adding lengthier group subjects and descriptions to help explain groups. WABetaInfo’s screenshot shows adjustments to group subject and description character limits. 25 characters became 100 for the group subject.
This gives group administrators more latitude to name their groups, making it simpler to identify their purpose. The Meta-owned messaging software also increases group descriptions from 512 to 2048 characters.
The study claimed this change allows group administrators to provide additional facts and information about the group, making it simpler for group members to grasp the group’s purpose, especially when it’s tied to a community.
