What are the Shadow Legion Tech Packs?
The new Lightfall expansion may have had glowing orange opponents. These enemies drop a spinning orange spike that attacks nearby enemies upon death. The Tech Pack is primarily designed to protect the wearer from incoming damage. The pack drops and protects all enemies after the opponent is vanquished. They must be handled quickly to keep ahead of the enemy.
How to deal with Tech Packs
Take down the Shadow Legion Tech Packs first to defeat these strengthened enemies. Their increased health makes them slightly harder than your typical Cabal. Once dropped, target the Tech Pack since it will immediately make your life tough. The Tech Pack protects several enemies.
Two melee attacks or a weapon burst kills them easily. Be mindful that they can stack on a field. Keep your eyes out for their telltale glow. We’re glad that Destiny 2’s Shadow Legion Tech Packs don’t contain the Pyramids’ full power. It’s no fun being powerless. I think the Cabal would find it too complicated.
