The fact that actor James Marsden made a surprise cameo added to the excitement. During it, Marsden revealed that he will return for the fourth season, which will premiere on HBO on June 26, 2022, later this month. During the first two seasons, Marsden played Teddy Flood, a sentient robot who appeared in 17 episodes. Because the android is now decommissioned (albeit its conscious awareness is still in the Sublime), it’s unclear how he’ll return.

Westworld Season 4: Synopsis
The dystopian science fiction drama Westworld is based on Michael Crichton’s 1973 film of the same name. It’s a bleak saga about the emergence of artificial consciousness and the emergence of a new type of life on Earth. It is set in a technologically advanced amusement park where human-like robot hosts are trained to meet the whims and desires of each high-paying client.
