Wesker VA allegedly leaked artwork for the Resident Evil 4 remake
According to the Twitter account @BewareCreepyVAs, voice actor DC Douglas has supposedly posted artwork from the upcoming Resident Evil 4 remake with fans. Douglas is accused of possibly violating his NDA by divulging his position in the game and sharing the art in direct messaging with followers, according to the account. It’s unclear whether the artwork is genuine at this moment, however VGC reported that Douglas cancelled his Twitter account around the time the storey emerged.
The art can be seen in the tweet attached below.
It’s exciting to get a sneak peek at what may be the unannounced remake. We may see some behind-the-scenes modifications to the game shortly as a result of the contract-breaking conditions under which it was released, but it’s difficult to guess on what those changes might be.
The Resident Evil 4 remake has been in the works since 2018, according to VGC, continuing Capcom’s current pattern of Resident Evil remakes. M-Two, a studio made up of several former PlatinumGames workers, was in charge of the remake at first, but after a project review last year, M-role Two’s in production was significantly decreased. The current status of the Resident Evil 4 remake is unknown due to the lack of an announcement or a release date.
