Welcome to our guide of “Tunic: How To Find A Shield?”. If you discover where to look in Tunic, you can find the shield within minutes. Alternatively, it could take many hours. As you’re here, let’s go with the first option.

How to get the sword?
The sword is the first item you’ll require to get before you can get the shield. It is the game’s first chapter, so you won’t have to wait long. Not only will you be lot better off waving an actual weapon around than that staff that took 3 hits to burst bubbles, but you’ll also be much better off waving an actual weapon around than that staff that took 3 hits to burst bubbles. On your journey out from the East Forest, defeat the Guard Captain, Tunic’s first boss. When you approach the Eastern Belltower, strike a good thud with your sword before leaping via the rope and returning to the overworld.
How to get the key?
Both criteria for the shield require grabbing something else first. Now that you have the sword, search for the Old House’s key. Pushing the lever opens a passage to the previous region, so certainly give it a pull. Pass the bridge, cutting the bushes using your acquired blade, and several ladders later you’ll find the Old House. Sadly, it’s locked. Find the key. The game’s manual pages 16 & 17 are a short walk left of the home, along with a few adversaries who should be easy to defeat with that sword. Stay left for sometime; down the hills & over another bridge, after you come across a small group of blue-shaded Rudelings, keep going and fight an adversary in a green cape. This Old House Key should be yours once he’s finished. Return to Old House, unlock it, and enter by the right path. You’ll need to cross another bridge to get to the shield.
