“Thor: Love and Thunder – Star Lena Headey cut from Marvel Studios movie”
According to a report from Variety, actress Lena Headey had been planned to feature in the upcoming Marvel Studios movie Thor: Love and Thunder.
The information comes from a case Headey is presently involved in with her former U.K. agency Troika. According to the lawsuit, Headey failed to pay a number of commission fees for her performances in movies, including one for Thor: Love and Thunder.
Although Headey is not mentioned in the next movie according to Variety, she does state that Taika Waititi personally contacted her for the part in her official legal response to the complaint. What what transpired, though, to have Headey’s part eliminated from the future movie is unknown.
Christian Bale recently revealed in an interview with ComicBook.com that Peter Dinklage and Jeff Goldblum both filmed portions for the movie but did not feature in the finished product. Headey’s absence from the movie is just one of numerous appearances that appeared to be deleted from the final edit.
