“Thor: Love and Thunder Releases Epic First Poster, Release date”
The first Thor: Love and Thunder trailer and poster have been released by Marvel.
The first poster showing Chris Hemsworth’s God of Thunder was released alongside the official teaser trailer for Thor: Love and Thunder. Hemsworth appears to be standing aloft on a mountainside, Stormbreaker soaring far above his head. The background is a clear blue sky with clouds, lightning, and a planet with rings. The title on the poster says, “The One and Only,” with the release date of Thor: Love and Thunder set for July 8th. Fans have been impatiently awaiting the release of the first teaser for Thor 4, with hints that it would be released shortly.
The return of Natalie Portman’s Jane Foster as The Mighty Thor is one of the many delights of the teaser video. Thor: Love and Thunder is based on Jason Aaron and Russell Dauterman’s fan-favorite run on Marvel’s Mighty Thor comics, in which Jane Foster took over as the Goddes of Thunder from Thor Odinson. Jane reappears with a reforged Mjolnir in the trailer’s last scene, ready to fight.

Thor: Love and Thunder: Plot
Thor (Chris Hemsworth) embarks on a trip unlike any other he’s ever undertaken: a quest for inner peace. But, according to the synopsis, “his retirement is disrupted by a galactic killer known as Gorr the God Butcher (Christian Bale), who desires the destruction of the gods.” “To counteract the menace, Thor enlists the aid of King Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), Korg (Taika Waititi), and ex-girlfriend Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), who, to Thor’s amazement, wields his mystical hammer, Mjolnir, as the Mighty Thor.” They set out on a perilous cosmic journey together to unravel the secret of the God Butcher’s vengeance and stop him before it’s too late.”

Thor: Love and Thunder: Cast
Chris Hemsworth reprises his role as Thor, the God of Thunder. Valkyrie, the newly-installed monarch of New Asgard, will be joining him (Tessa Thompson). However, fans of Loki will be disappointed to learn that Tom Hiddleston will not be reprising his role.
Natalie Portman was brought on stage as a surprise at SDCC 2019. She would be returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Jane Foster, but not just any Jane Foster. Jane Foster will be The Mighty Thor, a narrative hook straight from comic writer Jason Aaron’s famed mid-2010s Thor run, whether she’s from the multiverse or not.
Russell Crowe has joined the cast of the film and stated that he will portray Zeus, which means we can expect a lot of lightning if the two thunder gods meet.
Sif has been brought back by Jaimie Alexander, and other MCU characters, like Matt Damon repeating his role from Thor: Ragnarok, could be on the way. On Asgard, he portrayed an actor who played Loki. Sam Neil, who portrayed the role of Odin in the same play, has also hinted at a possible appearance.
Director Taika Waititi will also reprise his role as Korg in front of the camera. After his debut in Thor: Ragnarok and a cameo in Avengers: Endgame playing against noobmaster69, the rock star will make his third appearance.
Chris Pratt, aka Star-Lord, will also appear in the forthcoming Thor film. It’s unclear how big of a role he’ll play, but at the very least, we now know that the Asgardians of the Galaxy will return.
