Theophilus London a missing rapper has been found safe
The rapper Theophilus London, who had been missing for months, was located Wednesday night, his family said.
“We have found Theo. He is safe and well,”. Mikhail Noel, the rapper’s cousin, assured fans that the musician was fine in an Instagram post. The family requests privacy and prayers at this difficult time. Gratitude to everyone!!
According to NBC, his father, Larry London, who had been searching for him, spotted his son strolling around in west Los Angeles and learned that he was on his way back to New York.
“Theo is in Los Angeles and heading to family in New York for a grandmother’s funeral and after that we want him to go to Trinidad to recuperate and to regenerate and get himself together,” Larry London stated. “He’s been through an ordeal. His mind is fragile. He needs to get back to writing his music.”
Last week, London’s family reported him missing to Los Angeles police and begged for the public’s assistance in locating him.
“Truly appreciate everyone’s support in finding my cousin,” Noel said.“It’s refreshing and rewarding to have such a strong support system of family and friends!!! God bless each and everyone of you all.”
According to London’s loved ones, the last time anyone heard from the musician was in Los Angeles in July.
The 35-year-old London was an active Instagram user, but his most recent posts were made in July.
According to a press statement issued by the LAPD on December 28th, London’s family hasn’t heard from him since he disappeared in October and he was last spotted in the Skid Row neighbourhood.
The rapper spent his childhood in both his native Trinidad and New York’s Brooklyn. His collaboration with Paul McCartney on Kanye West’s “All Day” earned him a Grammy nomination for best rap performance in 2016.
The singer now known as Ye frequently worked with London, who produced and appeared as a guest on his 2014 album Vibes. London “promoted” himself to “take on media duties” for the month of February on behalf of Ye, and he used the platform to regularly update Instagram followers on the status of Donda and Donda 2.
Timez Are Weird These Days (2011), Vibes and Bebey (2020) are London’s three studio albums. He was last seen in September, however he recently appeared on Young Franco’s Get Your Money.
