THE SECRETS OF ISIS STAR ‘JOANNA CAMERON’ DIED AT THE AGE OF 70
Joanna Cameron has died.
Joanna Cameron, a well-known actress best recognised for her performance in CBS’ The Secrets Of Isis, died at the age of 70.
Cameron’s co-star Joanna Pang Atkins confirmed her death on Twitter.
She said in her tweet that she is feeling extremely sad to declare that “The Mighty Isis” has went to heaven. Atkins revealed the reason of death, saying Cameron had a stroke and died from complications last Friday. She stated that they both had a fantastic time working on the series The Secrets Of Isis. She prayed for Cameron’s soul and shared a photo of them with fellow Isis star Brian Cutler.
The late actress Joanna Cameron, sometimes known as JoAnna Cameron, began her acting career in 1969. Her first film was How to Commit Marriage. She later appeared in a variety of films and TV episodes, including “I Love My Wife” (1970), “Pretty Maids All in a Row” (1971), “B.S. I Love You” (1971), “Columbo” (1974), “McMillan & Wife” (1977), “The Amazing Spider-Man” (1978), and “Switch” (1975 & 1978). The actress appeared in 105 ads, a record at the time.

Cameron rose to prominence after releasing The Secrets of Isis. Her most noteworthy role was as Isis, also known as Andrea Thomas. From 1975 to 1976, the show aired for two seasons and a total of 22 episodes. It was the first American live-action TV show to feature a female superhero. Cameron’s character, Isis, later joined the DC universe, and her alter persona was changed from Andrea Thomas to Adrianna Tomaz.
Joanna Cameron retired from acting and worked as a nurse in home nursing for ten years before moving to Hawaii to pursue a career in hotel marketing.
