Bungo Stray Dogs has been renewed for a fourth season, according to a tweet from the show’s Twitter account, which also included a new teaser visual. The third season of the anime debuted in 2019 and was available on Crunchyroll and Funimation.
Bungo Stray Dogs is based on Kafka Asagiri’s manga series of the same name. The first season premiered in 2016, and the show has since spawned a phone game.

Takuya Igarashi, the series’ director, and Nobuhiro Arai, the series’ animation director, are among the returning cast members. The BONES animation studio will also return for the fourth season. Sumire Morohoshi as Kyoka Izumi, Kenshiro Ono as Ryunosuke Akutagawa, and Kisho Taniyama as Chuya Nakahara are among the returning cast members.
Along with the three seasons of the show, a manga series, and a phone game, the Bungo Stray Dogs franchise also includes a 2018 film, Bungo Stray Dogs: Dead Apple, which is available to stream on Crunchyroll. In addition, a live-action spin-off film titled Bungo Stray Dogs: Beast has already wrapped production and is slated to debut in early 2022.

The fourth season of Bungo Stray Dog does not yet have a release date. The first three seasons of the show are available to watch on HBO Max and Crunchyroll. The next season will premiere on Crunchyroll at the same time as it airs in Japan.
