Sylvester Stallone has refuted Jennifer Flavin’s claims in their divorce papers
Sylvester Stallone addressed Jennifer Flavin’s allegations after they divorced and he agreed to do so.
Jennifer Flavin, Stallone’s soon-to-be ex-wife, allegedly claimed that the actor had diverted assets from the couple’s joint bank account.
Divorce papers state that Sylvester Stallone “engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion, and/or waste of marital assets.”
Sylvester Stallone “did not engage” in the conduct that Flavin alleges, his legal team says.
According to published accounts, Stallone granted his soon-to-be ex-wife “exclusive use” of their Palm Beach, Florida home.

To get Jennifer Flavin back to using her maiden name, Sylvester Stallone did not pick a quarrel with her. In spite of this, the data shows that their marriage was “irretrievably broken.”
Stallone declined to react to the press, but his spokesperson told “I love my family. We are amicably and privately addressing these personal issues.”
