Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin decide not to divorce and give marriage second chance
A divorce petition was filed by Jennifer Flavin, Sylvester Stallone’s wife, on August 19, 2022.
An insider revealed to PEOPLE, however, that Flavin and Stallone had called off their divorce proceedings in favor of a second chance at marriage.
Representative for Silvester Stallone informed Page Six that the actor and Jennifer Flavin “decided to meet back up at home, where they talked and were able to work out their differences. They are both extremely happy.”
Their three girls are the proud products of Jennifer Flavin and Sylvester Stallone.
Jennifer Flavin filed for divorce from Stallone in a Florida court after their 25-year marriage ended.
About the middle of August, Jennifer Flavin went to the courts in Palm Beach County, Florida, to formally petition for the dissolution of her marriage.

Sylvester Stallone allegedly stole from the couple’s joint bank account, as stated by Flavin. Divorce papers state that Sylvester Stallone “engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion, and/or waste of marital assets.”
Jennifer Flavin claimed that Stallone intentionally shifted assets, but according to the actor’s legal team, Stallone “did not engage” in such conduct.
According to the rumors, Stallone granted his soon-to-be ex-wife the “exclusive use” of their Palm Beach, Florida home.
“I am very sad to announce that after 25 years of marriage I have filed for divorce from my husband, Sylvester Stallone. Although we will no longer be married, I will always treasure the more than 30 years of relationship we have shared, and I know that we are both committed to our beautiful daughters,” she confirmed after the divorce news.
