Many people have been curious to hear Chris Pratt’s Mario in the upcoming Super Mario Bros. movie. Even though the identity of that voice hasn’t been made public, Pratt asserted that it will be “unlike anything you’ve heard.”

The mysterious voice won’t have the stereotypical Italian accent, co-producer Chris Meledandri recently stated to TooFab, but that will be covered in the movie. Recently, he defended Pratt’s choice to play Mario despite not being Italian. Given that the movie was postponed until 2023, it might take some time before this voice is officially revealed.
