Severe Thunderstorm Watch issued for Chicago area
For the span of 3 a.m., a Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for the Chicago region.
Boone, Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry, Ogle, Will, and Winnebago are some of the counties.
Also included are the Indiana counties of Lake and Porter.

Tuesday: Partly cloudy, hot & muggy. There is a chance of thunderstorms tonight, and a few of them could be rather violent. W 10-20 mph. High: 91
Wednesday will be somewhat less hot than Tuesday, but it will still be quite muggy, according to the forecast. On Thursday, there will be an increase in cloud cover with the potential for rain and thunderstorms. Cooler and less humidity as we go into Friday with more pleasant highs near 80 with some nice sunlight for next weekend.
