Robin Thicke groped Emily Ratajkowski while filming “Blurred Lines.”
The world first saw Emily Ratajkowski in Robin Thicke’s ‘Blurred Lines,’ a contentious and steamy music video. The supermodel’s meteoric rise to fame has made her one of the Internet’s most-searched personalities. The video and the music were both huge hits when they were released, but Emily really stole the show. She made a huge splash in the entertainment business after agreeing to appear shirtless in the original version of the video. Because of this, she became famous around the globe and signed contracts with major fashion houses.
Ratajkowski is one of three models who consented to appear topless in the video that also features Thicke, Pharrell Williams, and T.I. She made some shocking disclosures about her body in her 2021 book titled “My Body.” During the making of the music video, Emily claims that Robin Thicke molested her as he became increasingly intoxicated and disrespectful to her. After some time, director Diane Martel corroborated Ratajkowski’s story. It was she who called a halt to the shooting, sending everyone into a panic. However, we now have a report from yet another model in the video.
The blonde model Elle Evans, who also appears in the shoot partially clothed, verified the incident in an interview with Bustle. It was a closed stage, she said, because it featured only Emily and Robin. This meant they were completely alone. The last thing I can recall is that Emily did leave the set very suddenly near the conclusion of the shoot. The creative staff was left wondering, ‘What are we gonna do? How do we shoot the rest of the video without her?’ I was informed that she needed to board a plane. When I told her that, Diane said, ‘That’s too sexy. Don’t be too sexy. This is not the club, you know. This is not a lap dance’.”
