Resident Evil 4 Remake: How to Unlock All Characters in Mercenaries
Mercenaries has four playable characters, all of whom may be unlocked with relative ease. You’ll begin with Leon, but as you go through the game and earn higher ranks, the other three will become available to you.
Here’s a rundown of the characters:
- Leon: Starter character.
- Luis: Get A rank or higher with Leon on any stage.
- Krauser: Get A rank or higher with Luis on any stage.
- HUNK: Get A rank or higher with Krauser on any stage.
As you can see, achieving at least an A rank with your current character will allow you to switch to the next one. If you want to get all of them unlocked as fast and easily as possible, the Village stage is your best bet because the monsters there are weaker and the path across the level is more straightforward. You may easily earn an A rank by scoring 100,000 points in a single stage by using the Mayhem mode (L3 and R3), getting kill combos, and collecting all the green orbs to increase the time limit.
It appears that Ada is not a playable character in Mercenaries, but we wouldn’t write her off just yet because Capcom doesn’t seem to be done adding new features and material to the Resident Evil 4 Remake.
