The Shooting Range becomes accessible in Chapter 3 and serves as a light, entertaining diversion in Resident Evil 4 Remake. Chapter 3
Take the elevator to the right of the Merchant in the Quarry to access the Shooting Range.
Chapter 9
After entering the Grand Hall and finding the Merchant, proceed to the elevator to the right of him once more.
Chapter 11
The Shooting Range here is identical to the one in the previous two examples. Locate the Merchant in the Depths, and take the elevator directly to the right of where he is standing.
Chapter 14
Later on in this chapter, you’ll make your way to the mysterious Facility 1 Storage. When you do, you can access the Shooting Range through a door to the north of this area. You may find it northeast of the Storage Area in Facility 1 on your map.

Resident Evil 4 Remake: How to Get Shooting Range Rewards
Silver and gold tokens may be won at shooting ranges after accumulating a certain number of points.
Usually, if you meet the first two score criteria, you’ll get a Silver Token, and if you meet the third and final condition, you’ll get a Gold Token. In the first Shooting Range challenge, for instance, you’ll get a Silver Token for obtaining 3,000 points, a Gold Token for 5,000 points, and so on.
