Reports: Shakira and Pique had fought on the street with many onlookers
Reports and rumours about the Colombian singer Shakira and the Spanish player Gerard Pique persist after they announced their split after 12 years of romance.
The Spanish press and media have lately revealed that Pique’s most recent alleged adultery was not the first and that it has been going on for a long time.
It has been said that the two got into an argument in public and that Shakira was injured during the altercation, causing her to postpone a portion of her tour because of a vocal problem.
In recent years, journalist Silvia Taules broke major news about the pair on the Spanish television show Salvame, broadcast on Tele 5. She then elaborated, saying that prior issues dated back to 2017 in certain cases.
The journalist on the show said that in that year, the singer and the footballer went through a rough patch in their relationship because of the player’s suspected adultery.
One dispute between them became so heated that Shakira had to resort to yelling to be heard.
The artist from Colombia had to postpone some shows as a result.
Taules said, “They fought in the middle of the street in front of everyone The couple have been suffering a lot more wear and tear for a much longer time than is being said.”
In addition to discussing Pique’s professional career, the reporter also discussed rumours of infidelity surrounding the Barcelona native.
