RELEASE TIME OF SUPER SMASH BROS ULTIMATE SORA AND HOW TO GET IT
The release date and time for Sora from Kingdom Hearts to appear in Super Smash Bros Ultimate is approaching, and you will be able to obtain him for a fee.
Fans have been pleading for years for the Keyblade Warriors to join Nintendo’s massive lineup, and now the Kingdom Hearts series is also coming to the Nintendo Switch. They will only be available via Cloud, but if you’ve never seen the series before, it’s still intriguing.
Square Enix’s anime protagonist has always been a fan favourite, and the long-awaited crossover will finally happen tomorrow.
WHEN WILL SORA BE AVAILABLE IN SUPER SMASH BROS ULTIMATE?
The release date and time for Sora in Super Smash Bros Ultimate is believed to be October 18th at 18:00 PT and 21:00 ET, as well as 02:00 BST on October 19th.
None of the aforementioned times are official, but they correspond to when every other DLC fighter was published. We expect the same thing to happen with the keyblade warrior, but he may arrive 15 minutes later if he’s anything like Minecraft Steve.
When he does appear, he will be accompanied by update 13.0. As of this writing, there are no patch notes, although Nintendo has advised fans to convert replays ahead of time.
MOVESET
In a 45-minute video, Nintendo discussed Sora’s moveset and demonstrated his armoury of attacks.
He’s a fighter that specialises in the air, and all of his moves are inspired by his experiences with Donald and Goofy. Opponents may easily launch him, although he has potent combo-based attacks.
As Kingdom Hearts aficionados would anticipate, there are unique button combos to perform a variety of keyblade moves. You will also be able to use Firaga, Thundaga, and Blizzaga spells to do magic.
His Final Smash is also known as Sealing the Keyhole, and it will help ensure victory.
WHERE CAN I FIND SORA IN SMASH ULTIMATE?
Sora will be available in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate on October 18th/19th if you buy the Fighters Pass Vol 2.
This Fighters Pass costs £26.99 and includes all previously released characters:
- Min Min – ARMS
- Steve & Alex – Minecraft
- Sephiroth – Final Fantasy VII
- Pyra/Mythra – Xenoblade Chronicles 2
- Kazuya – Tekken
If you don’t already have the Fighters Pass and don’t want to purchase it, you should be able to purchase Challenger Pack 11 separately when it becomes available. If the Sephiroth bundle is any indication, this should cost £5.39.
However, we recommend purchasing the Combatants Pass because all of its fighters are incredible.
