The release of the One Punch Man manga has been all over the place in Shonen Jump. For instance, on April 26 you can read chapter 184, but it will only be available in Japanese and on the Tonari Jump website. For fans of raw scans, this is a treat, but the English translations are woefully behind.
Despite the website’s current chapter listing for 180, Viz Media’s English release is still on chapter 182. However, the release of Chapter 183 and subsequent chapters has not been announced. The new chapter will most likely be available to English-language readers in early May at this time.

It’s quite doubtful that there will be any leaks before the release date, as that is when it will be published by the original Japanese publisher. However, there are also blatantly clear spots where inferences are made in the story.

At the end of the chapter, Child Emperor learns the truth behind the cover-up; this is presumably where chapter 184 will continue. He will most likely be the one to make the Saitama connection.
