There are 4 distinct times of day within the Sinnoh Origins game – dawn, midday, evening, and darkness. Each one comes with its own array of weather effects, which range from bright and cloudy to drizzling rain and snow.

The approach can also be used to make a full moon appear. Simply follow the instructions above to transition to nighttime until it happens. The present moon phase is displayed inside the map menu.
