After collecting enough Candy, simply select the Cherubi you wish to evolve (checking their stats is a smart method to decide) and press the “Evolve” button. Because this evolution is random, there is no way to predict the shape you will acquire.
Normally, Cherubi would turn into Sunshine Cherrim in sunny weather and Overcast Cherrim in other weather conditions. The weather does effect wild Cherrim spawning, so if you’re fortunate enough to get a Cherrim this way, it will be dependent on the weather. On April 26, 2022, from 6pm to 7pm local time, there will be a “Sunshine Cherrim Spotlight Hour” where you are sure to acquire a Sunshine Cherrim.
