Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl: How to find the Griseous Orb
Trainers who embark on a trip in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl will have the chance to catch and train the legendary Pokémon Giratina from Generation IV. Trainers can only catch Giratina in its Altered Forme, despite the fact that it has two forms. Trainers can, however, turn Giratina into its Origin Forme by utilizing Griseous Orb.
How to get Griseous Orb
In the new Pokémon games, obtaining Griseous Orb can be difficult. Assuming you’ve already captured Giratina, proceed through the procedures below to obtain Griseous Orb.
- Unlock the Ramanas Park by beating Elite Four and completing the Sinnoh Pokedex.
- Head to Ramanas Park, which is located on the south of Sandgem Town.
- Speak with the receptionist when you arrive. She’ll let you choose from a variety of Slates. After purchasing a Slate, you can use it to summon the appropriate Legendary Pokémon from within the Park. Giratina can be encountered via purchasing Distortion Slate, which costs three Small Mystery Shards or a single Large Mystery Shard. In the Grand Underground, you can farm Myster Shards.
- After purchasing Distortion Slate, proceed to the Distortion Room cave on the Park’s north side. To start the encounter with Giratina in its Origin Forme, use the Slate on Pedestal.
- You’ll receive Griseous Orb as a prize for defeating Giratina.
Trainers should keep in mind that they will not be able to catch Giratina in this encounter. Give Griseous Orb to Giratina once you’ve obtained it to turn the Pokémon into its Origin Forme.
