Overlord’s fourth season launch date has been revealed in a new ad, as well as the opening and ending songs for the forthcoming anime
You can hear OxT performing the opening theme song “Hollow Hunger” and Mayu Maeshima playing the concluding song “No Man’s Dawn” throughout the video. The trailer concludes with a July 5 release date and confirmation that the series would show in Japan on AT-X, Tokyo MX, MBS, TV Aichi, and BS11.

Crunchyroll presently has the first three seasons of Overlord available in dubbed and subbed version, but there is no indication on whether season four will be added. Given the presence of the first three seasons on Crunchyroll, it wouldn’t be surprising if the new season followed suit.

The official summary for Overlord reads, “The series takes set in the year 2126 and focuses on a massively multiplayer online role-playing game called YGGDRASIL.” “As the servers are shut down, the game’s strongest player, Momonga, remains logged in and is transferred to a separate reality.” Non-playable characters gain sentience, and Momonga utilises his absurd abilities to figure out what happened while simultaneously searching for anyone else from the actual world.”
