OnePlus 10T is out now with 150W charging in Europe and coming soon to the US
The OnePlus 10T is now available across Europe, so check it out if you’re in the market for a new phone. Even though it won’t be widely available in the US until September 29, you can get your hands on one early by ordering the 16GB model from OnePlus and getting it in only five days. Prices range from $649 (or £529) for the base model with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, to £749 (or £729) for the top-end model with 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage (we haven’t included the Australian price because the OnePlus 10T is not available there).
Considering that the OnePlus 10T supports 150W charging and can be charged from zero to 100 percent in just 19 minutes, those rates are astonishingly low. Even if it’s capped at 125W in the United States, that’s still far quicker than what most phones offer, such as the OnePlus 10 Pro’s 80W (or 65W in the United States) and the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra’s 45W. Furthermore, the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 CPU in the OnePlus 10T is more powerful than the chipsets in the preceding phones; in fact, it is the most powerful chipset available for Android phones at the time of writing.
The OnePlus 10T boasts a triple-lens camera arrangement consisting of a 50MP primary snapper, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera, as well as a 4,800mAh battery and a 6.7-inch 1080 x 2412 AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. While not quite top-tier in every respect, this phone’s features are nonetheless good enough to make it one of the more interesting traditional Android phones of late 2022. We gave the OnePlus 10T four stars in our review because we like it so much, but it’s not a perfect upper-middle-range smartphone.
However, we were less thrilled with the cameras and battery life and mentioned that the phone’s size can make it hard to use if you have small hands. There is also a great deal of rivalry for its market share. OnePlus has released a slew of phones this year, from the high-end OnePlus 10 Pro to the budget-friendly OnePlus Nord 2T. Plus, Apple has a new iPhone series coming out soon. It’s worth noting that Apple has now stated that these handsets will debut on September 7, so there’s not much time to wait, even though the OnePlus 10T arguably isn’t directly competing with them.
