“Netflix Schedule – New Shows and Movies Coming in June 13-19”
This summer, Netflix has some good news for anime fans.
The much anticipated Spriggan adaption will be released on Netflix on June 18. Spriggan, based on the iconic manga written by Hiroshi Takashige and illustrated by Ryoji Minagawa, was supposed to premiere on Netflix in 2021 before being pushed back to this year. The plot follows a group of elite secret operatives known as Spriggans as they strive to save humanity from annihilation using some mysterious and powerful relics. Chiaki Kobayashi as Yu Ominae, Youhei Azakami as Jean Jacquemonde, Kenji Hamada as Director Yamamoto, and Mariya Ise as Yoshino Somei are among the voice actors.
