The first official photographs for Amazon Studios’ upcoming film version of My Policeman, based on Bethan Roberts’ lesbian romance novel of the same name, have been released. It will be accessible for streaming on November 4th of this year.

My Policeman was first published in 2012 and is set in Brighton in the 1950s. It chronicles the narrative of three people: a school teacher named Marion who falls in love with a closeted gay police officer named Tom Burgess, who in turn falls in love with museum curator Patrick.

Tony Award winner Michael Grandage directs My Policeman, which is based on a script by Oscar contender Ron Nyswaner. Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, and Robbie Rogers, along with Cora Palfrey and Philip Herd, produce it through their Berlanti Schechter Productions banner.
