Ms. Marvel’s second episode, directed by Meera Menon from a screenplay written by Kate Gritmon, has received two additional clips from Marvel Studios. It will be released tomorrow, June 15.

Both clips, which you can watch below, highlight Iman Vellani’s Kamala Khan as she attempts to discover more about her abilities. In the first clip, Kamala surreptitiously calls her grandma, who informs her that the enigmatic bangle is actually from her great-grandmother. Meanwhile, the second trailer teases the titular hero’s training montage.

According to the official synopsis, “the series introduces Kamala Khan, a 16-year-old Pakistani American from Jersey City.” “She is a tremendous fan of the Avengers—and one in particular, Captain Marvel. She is an aspiring artist, a passionate gamer, and a voracious fan-fiction scribe.” But Kamala has always battled to find her place in the world—until she gains superhuman abilities like the heroes she’s always admired.”

Ms. Marvel stars Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan, the fan-favorite Marvel superhero making her live-action debut. Aramis Knight, Saagar Shaikh, Rish Shah, Zenobia Shroff, Mohan Kapur, Matt Lintz, Yasmeen Fletcher, Laith Naki, Azher Usman, Travina Springer, and Nimra Bucha are among the cast members joining Vellani.
