Fans went crazy after Miley Cyrus teased a topless photo of herself on social media, speculating that it was for her upcoming music video.
The 30-year-old singer has a history of breaking convention, so her recent decision has naturally piqued the interest of her 220 million fans.
Miley is shown in the shot relaxing on a white, ruffled bed, her hair loose and flowing. The Wrecking Ball singer is seen here in a pair of dark blue jeans, her arm draped across her breast as she gazes alluringly into the camera, exposing a number of her body tattoos.
It’s from the second tune on Miley’s platinum-selling album Endless Summer Vacation, and the caption reads, “You’re lonely now & I hate it.” Many of the singer’s followers commented on the post, speculating that the song “Jaded” will be the artist’s next single.
The devoted @princeofcyrus_ fandom tweeted, “JADED IS REALLY COMING.” While @Alvinwtt pleaded: “Miley for the love of god make jaded a smash hit like flowers.” @marigmnz added: “OMG COME ON YESSSSS SHE GONNA DO FAN SERVICE.”
Miley’s huge milestones continue this month, with Flowers surpassing a billion streams. Fans have assumed that references to her split from Liam Hemsworth, a Hollywood actor, can be found in the song’s lyrics. A source, however, claims that Miley is now willing to “tell her side of the story.”
