Mark Millar’s popular limited series Nemesis returns next year
Nemesis, a well-liked limited series by Mark Millar, will return in 2019. A new Nemesis series will premiere in January 2023, according to CBR. It will come from Millarworld, his personal Netflix branch. The artwork for the new series was created by renowned artist Jorge Jiménez and written by Millar. The first season of the Nemesis series debuted in 2010 under the Marvel brand Icon Comics. It made an attempt to explain what might occur if Batman behaved more like the Joker. It centers on the supervillain Nemesis, who resolves to wreak havoc and ruin upon Washington, D.C.
The popularity of the show led to the announcement of a movie. However, a number of setbacks have put the movie in limbo for some time. Mark Millar is also working on a new series called Big Game, in addition to the comeback of Nemesis. The author chose X-Men artist Pepe Larraz for this project. In response to working alongside such great musicians, Millar notes that he has long admired both. Millar considers Jimenez to be the greatest Batman illustrator of the 20th century. On the other hand, Larraz is, in his opinion, the best X-Men illustrator ever. He believes he has appropriated the best and the brightest from Marvel and DC for his series.
In the upcoming months, further details about Nemesis and Big Game’s comeback are certain to surface. However, the current Magic Order and Prodigy series will include art previews in the back.
