The Captain Tsubasa NFT drop may interest anime fans and NFT collectors! This unique “Ball is Our Friend Project” honors one of the most successful Japanese soccer animation series. These rare items go on presale on March 2 at 2 a.m. PST. Whitelisted users can manufacture a limited-edition gold NFT for 0.08 ETH. Two hours later, at 4 a.m. PST, the public sale will start at 0.01 ETH per piece. Hence, minting three NFTs concurrently grants one free digital asset.
What Is Captain Tsubasa?
Captain Tsubasa is the first charity-themed NFT drop and the Japanese soccer anime niche. These exclusive collectibles cover 283 popular TV scenes. 333 motions feature Yoichi Takashi’s original drawing style.
This project promotes “Global Peace Through The Power of Soccer” by uniting soccer enthusiasts worldwide. This project is by a Japanese startup called double leap: Tokyo, a Web3-focused NFT platform.

The NFT will be sold in two stages: a restricted presale from 2 AM to 4 AM PST, during which Allow List holders may buy a limited gold edition Tsubasa NFT for 0.08 ETH, and a public sale from 4 AM to 7 PM PST, during which anybody can buy the NFT through the official website for 0.1 ETH. Soulbound tokens can be exchanged for Yoichi Takahashi’s real soccer ball. Three NFT buyers earn a bonus NFT.
