    M. Night Shyamalan’s ‘Knock at the Cabin’ to Star Dave Bautista

According to Deadline, Dave Bautista, from the Guardians of the Galaxy, will work with M. Night Shyamalan, the master of surprises, on his upcoming film Knock at the Cabin. For the February 3, 2023 release date, Shyamalan will create the script and direct the film.

With Bruce Willis, Mark Wahlberg, and James McAvoy all appearing in Shyamalan films in the past, it’s safe to say that the addition of Dave Bautista to the cast of Knock at the Cabin won’t be any different.

Over the previous few years, Bautista’s career has only risen. In the action and adventure genres, the former WWE wrestler has built a name for himself. Dune, Bautista’s most recent movie office smash, has already been granted the go-ahead for a sequel, which will feature Bautista’s return. Bautista’s film Army of the Dead, which he also appeared in on the silver screen, has become a huge hit on Netflix. Bautista hasn’t had much time for his personal life between the release of these successes and the filming of Dune 2 and Knock at the Cabin. The actor just wrapped doing Knives Out 2 and is currently filming Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Actor Jason Momoa will also star in and produce a buddy cop action film with him in the works.

Shyamalan, who is known for his scary films, has just released his latest, Glass, which was a box office success. Over $90 million was taken in at the global box office for the writer and director’s latest film, Old. The film’s plot revolves around a family vacationing on a tropical island that quickly realises that they are relaxing on a deadly and mystical beach that is making them age at a rapid rate, resulting in their deaths within a day. Shyamalan’s sixth picture to open at the top of the box office was a huge success.

Knock at the Cabin is another example of how director M. Night Shyamalan likes to keep his films tightly wound to avoid giving away any of the film’s shocking or plot-turning moments. We don’t know anything about the film’s narrative, but Bautista is an excellent starting point for the actors. Knock at the Cabin has yet to be released.
