Logan Paul targets Bad Bunny and says he is Exploiting Puerto Rico Tax Program
Logan Paul, a WWE Superstar, made a serious charge against Bad Bunny.
Paul explained on “Bad Bunny is a Puerto Rican living in Puerto Rico who is privately taking advantage of the same tax program that he is publicly condemning,” that “The Philip DeFranco Show” is a Puerto Rican resident of Puerto Rico who, in private, benefits from the same tax program that he condemns in public.
“I know this, and I see things like this and it hurts.”
People from all over the world who want to avoid paying taxes on stock and real estate deals have been drawn to Puerto Rico by Act 22, a measure passed by the island’s legislature in the United States territory. Last month, Bad Bunny released a documentary highlighting the gentrification brought on by the law, which specifically targeted Paul.
Adding, “There are local Puerto Ricans that know about this,” Paul stated his confidence in the matter.
“I see this music video that has stuck me in the middle of it that is surrounded by context that makes me look like a vulture in Puerto Rico.”
Initially arriving at Royal Rumble 2021 to perform one of his songs live, Bad Bunny has since made other cameos for WWE. The next month, he won the 24/7 Championship and, with Damian Priest’s help, they defeated The Miz and John Morrison at WrestleMania 37. At this year’s Royal Rumble, he made a comeback appearance but was eliminated by Brock Lesnar.
After Paul and The Miz defeated Rey and Dominik Mysterio at WrestleMania 38, Paul officially joined the business. Miz and Paul both won in the end, but Miz delivered the Skull Crushing Finale to Paul. In June, Paul secured a contract with WWE and promptly challenged Miz to a bout at SummerSlam, which Paul ultimately won. A bout for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship between Paul and Roman Reigns has been announced for the next Crown Jewel premium live event.
