Liver King is being sued by customers for deceiving them
Manhattan Supreme Court documents obtained by the New York Post reveal that a New York man named Christopher Altomare has filed suit against Johnson.
The lawsuit accuses Liver King of “conning” customers into purchasing his products from Ancestral Supplements, LLC and The Fittest Ever, LLC.
A lawsuit filed against Johnson on December 28 alleges that he posed shirtless to portray “himself as the epitome of health.” The lawsuit filed by Altomare alleges that Liver was peddling “a dangerous and life-threatening diet,” which led to “severe” food poisoning for some people.
Liver King featured the raw meats he ate as the main attraction in many of his videos, often showing off enormous portions of liver, testicles, kidneys, and hearts. The lawsuit contends that consumers would be forced to buy Johnson’s supplements because his diet is unsustainable.
According to Altomare’s lawsuit, if it had been known that Johnson was using steroids, he and other customers would not have purchased the goods.
