“Lady in the Lake’ – Obi-Wan Kenobi star Moses Ingram to Replace Lupita Nyong’o in Apple TV+ Series”
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Moses Ingram, who played Obi-Wan Kenobi, has agreed to take Lupita Nyong’o’s place in the upcoming Apple TV+ limited series Lady in the Lake.

The streaming service is currently developing the series, which stars Natalie Portman. Alma Har’el will produce and direct this adaptation of the same-titled book by Laura Lippman (Honey Boy). Ingram will play Cleo Sherwood, a character who balances multiple responsibilities, including being a mother. Lupita Nyong’o was originally slated to play the part, but she left the show earlier this year without providing an official explanation.

Lady in the Lake: Cast
Dre Ryan of The Man in the High Castle and renowned director Alma Har’el will co-create, write, and executive produce the limited series, which Har’el will also direct. Har’el’s first television project is also this one.
In addition to acting, Portman also serves as executive producer alongside Lippman, Sophie Mas, and Christopher Leggett of Zusa. Along with Julie Gardner of Bad Wolf America and Crazyrose’s Jean-Marc Vallée and Nathan Ross, Lady in the Lake will also be executive produced. The studio is called Endeavor Content.
