    Keep Breathing, a new survival drama miniseries on Netflix starring Melissa Barrera from Scream, now has an official teaser. The first episode of the series is slated to air on Thursday, July 28.

    Keep Breathing: Synopsis

    The woman in the video, which you can watch below, is forced to fend for herself after surviving a plane crash in the middle of the Canadian wilderness. Additionally, it makes fun of the things she’ll do to stay alive. She thinks back on various events in her life, both good and tragic, while she struggles with tiredness and desperation.

    The summary states that after her private plane crashes in a remote part of Canada, lone survivor and New York lawyer Liv must fight to survive against a hostile environment and her own past traumas.

    Keep Breathing: Cast

    Rebecca Rodriguez and Maggie Kiley are the film’s directors. Executive producers on it are Kiley, Gero, and Gall from Warner Bros. Television.

    In the Starz series Vida, where she played the protagonist character Lyn Hernandez, Barrera initially came to prominence. In the Heights, a musical drama directed by Jon M. Chu, she received her first significant Hollywood feature. The Mexican actress most recently appeared in the fifth Scream movie, and she will return to play Sam Carpenter in the sequel.
