Kanye West rants about “managed celebs” and “Hollywood sacrifices”
On Friday, Kanye West made headlines for his outlandish claims that the powers that be “control” celebrities like LeBron James, Jay-Z, and Beyoncé and that both his mother and Michael Jordan’s father were “sacrifices.”
West, 45, went on a rage stating why he can’t be controlled while responding to a paparazzo’s inquiries from inside a vehicle.
“They can’t control me. They can control Shaq, they can control Charles Barkley, they can control LeBron James, they can control Jay-Z and Beyonce,” West explained. “But they can’t control me. Ain’t no name I won’t name. It’s up.”
By this, we may assume that West is alluding to the fact that Shaquille O’Neal has spoken out against him on Twitter and that LeBron James has decided to pull the episode of The Shop in which he appears.
Minister Louis Farrakhan “slighted” him, West added, before he went off on a tangent about Hollywood ritual sacrifices.
Kanye West thinks that Hollywood is giving up too much
“My momma [Donda West] was sacrificed,” West continued. “Michael Jordan, what about him? His dad, right? Bill Cosby, his son, right? Dr. Dre, his son. Out here in Hollywood, a lot of people come up missing. Feels like it might be a lot of that in order to control, traumatize.
“They wanna monetize and traumatize. And God love me. They hit me. GAP, Adidas, all that away. Still, Forbes, who hate me, had to write, ‘Net worth: $400 million.'”
When he was done naming-dropping celebs, West said he can say what he wants and not go to jail because he hasn’t killed anyone.
“This truth is gonna be heard,” West stated. “Ya’ll can’t send none of ya’ll Meek Mills, ya’ll Puffies, ya’ll Lil Boosies, none of these names, none of these people that have to listen to ya’ll because they have legal [issues].
“I never killed nobody, right? I’m the pu–y that never killed nobody, right? But that means I could say whatever I want and not go to jail.”
Although West just stated that he would be going on a verbal fast for 30 days, he continues to get himself into trouble with every word he says.
