James Lastovic from “Days of Our Lives” who went missing in Hawaii has been found safe
A message from his roommate’s sister claims that the missing Days of Our Lives actor and his roommate are secure and have been found after going missing in Hawaii.
Emma Dizdari has provided an update in which she states that the two are “okay” and explains that they became disoriented while hiking. They got in their car and drove back to the resort, she said.
James Lastovic, now 27, played daytime soap serial regular Joey Johnson from 2015 to 2017 and again in 2020. Additionally, he appeared as Christian Keene on the Netflix series Insatiable.
His mom, Lucienne Lastovic, wrote online that her son and his roommate, Nevin Dizdari, 26, disappeared shortly after inquiring their hostess on the island about Kokee State Park and a cliff diving place at Shipwreck Beach.
On October 10 they were supposed to return the rental car and catch their flight home, but they did neither.
According to Lastovic, the couple was last seen at 8 a.m. on October 9 by hostess Carrie Flanders at the Hanalei Bay Resort. At 1:30 p.m., they sent a text to Flanders, and that was the last anyone had heard from them.
