It’s safe to say that social media sensation Jake Paul’s brief boxing career has been filled with plenty of knockouts worthy of a highlight reel. His victims have included a former NBA star and many previous UFC champions. On February 26 in Saudi Arabia, Paul will fight Tommy Fury in an attempt to settle an ongoing rivalry between the two professional boxers. The bout will take place early in the afternoon on Sunday in the United States and can be seen on ESPN+ PPV.
The fight between Paul (6-0, 4 KO) and Tommy Fury, brother of heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, fell through for a second time after Fury was denied entry to the United States. Now that the battle is being held in Saudi Arabia, it appears that the two have settled their differences.
After suffering repeated setbacks due to the cancellation of the Fury matches, 26-year-old Paul was only able to fight once in 2022. By outclassing Anderson Silva and knocking him out in the last round, he earned his most stunning victory to date. Fury, however, has an unblemished record of 8-0 with four knockouts, but his opponents have hardly posed a serious danger.
