India Royal posts Cryptic Post hinting her break up with Lil Durk
When India Royale tweeted, “I’m a free agent.” fans speculated about the status of their relationship with Lil Durk.
The couple dated for four years before getting engaged in December of 2021. TAccording to the rumour mill, the couple also shares parental duties for Willow Banks, who was reportedly born in October of 2018.
When the 27-year-old Instagram star deleted photos of herself and Lil Durk, breakup rumours quickly spread.
Fans’ hopes were finally dashed when Royale tweeted the cryptic but revealing phrase “I’m a free agent.”
Fans were surprised by the news because they had assumed that the pair was doing well after Royale surprised Lil Durk with an expensive eternity ring. In March, the Chicago-based rapper reportedly spent $111,000 on a shopping spree to repay the favour. Many fans checked Royale’s Instagram to see why she had unfollowed Lil Durk, only to find that he was still following her.
It is not the first time reports of trouble in their relationship have made headlines. After some tweets from Lil Durk circulated in May of 2021, fans began to speculate that the two had split up.
The rapper, however, quickly shot that down. The rumours were addressed on Instagram, where he wrote, “It p**s me off how y’all change st around tryna make it like somebody a he talking bout her like talking bout my kids kill that rumour my b*h ain’t nun like you goofy hes.”
