In Kentucky, a small plane with two persons on board crashed.
Federal authorities said a tiny plane with two persons on board crashed Friday afternoon in a forested area of central Kentucky.
There was no immediate indication on how the situation will turn out for the tenants. It is believed that the Beech V35 single-engine plane went down in a region approximately 35 miles south-southwest of the city of Lexington, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
However, the FAA did not identify the two people who were killed in the incident or provide any other information about it in a statement issued minutes after 5 pm on Friday.
Kentucky State Police did not immediately respond requesting more information about the investigation.
The National Transportation Safety Board announced on Twitter that it was investigating the accident.
