How to turn off Instagram’s suggested posts

Instagram, like other social networks, shows users ads in their feeds. Since this makes money, it happens. Many people disagree with this technique or dislike seeing suggested postings on their accounts.

You cannot disable these suggested posts. Mute them temporarily. Though brief, it can assist.

If you thought you had Instagram down, one tactic you probably didn’t know can be handy, as can Instagram’s invisible mode.

Instagram is a fascinating platform that lets you view all user-uploaded multimedia. Fun facts, memes, videos, and more. However, TikTok has eroded its popularity.

Instagram lets non-users read posts, which is useful if you need to visualize something. To stay current, register with a user.

There are two ways to disable suggested posts and banner ads on Instagram. They’re quick and easy.

Since suggested posts cannot be removed, only you can mute them for 30 days.

Instagram is used to keep up with friends, family, and enjoyable videos and photos. That’s why ads interrupt their content feed experience.

However, a temporary solution exists. Instagram implemented it through the Following mode some time ago.

Following mode filters the feed to show only content from accounts you follow in chronological order. Favorites mode only shows posts from your star-marked accounts.

If you turn on Following mode, all related posts from users you follow and the platform thinks you would like will disappear. To activate this option, click the Instagram logo and select it.

However, this option does not prevent adverts from showing on your feeds, so use our other way to also mute these messages.

The alternative way to silence Instagram suggested posts is even more concealed, but it works better and guarantees a month without commercial content.

To do this, scroll around Instagram until you see a suggested post. Now, click the X (x) at the upper right of the post.

After that, a new menu will emerge with several options, but the one you want is “Pause all suggested publications for 30 days”. Simply click this option.

Remember that you will silence them for 30 days. They’ll return, so start again. It solves this issue temporarily.
