Fortunately, Link won’t get hurt by these orbs because they aren’t hostile. Finding and employing Poes might be difficult for players who aren’t familiar with the game’s rules. Therefore, I will explain where and how to employ Poes.
Where to Find Poes
In Tears of the Kingdom, Poes can only be found in the Depths, a subterranean region. A red circle on the map indicates a Chasm that must be crossed in order to access the Depths. Once you’re close to a chasm, you may walk right in and equip your paraglider to make a safe descent into the underworld.
Now that you’ve made it inside the Depths, it’s time to go looking for some Poes. They are not very unusual yet cannot be obtained from any one specific spot. After a few of minutes of aimless strolling, you’ll undoubtedly come across a collection of Poes. When you do, get in close and press A to grab it for your Inventory.

How to Use Poes in Tears of the Kingdom
In Tears of the Kingdom, you can exchange Poes for resources by presenting them to Bargainer Statues. It’s the equivalent of Link worshipping a statue of a goddess and offering her light in exchange for a boost in health and stamina. The original Bargaining Statue may be seen next to the Lookout Landing Skyview Tower.
So, go there quickly and head left to talk to a statue of a Bargainer. This Bargainer Statue may be found in the coordinates (-0253, 0141, 0020). The following things in Tears of the Kingdom may be purchased with Poes.
