How to fix Warzone error code 47 on console
Issues with Warzone on next-gen have been a constant source of frustration for console gamers. These issues have spread beyond the region of Caldera, preventing them from even loading the game.
One of the most recent issues is error code 47, sometimes known as SPAN, which causes the game to crash and prevents you from continuing. There is, however, a workaround that isn’t ideal but permits you to play the Battle Royale. Users of the Play Station should follow these steps:
- Turn off Play Station.
- Launch PS in “safe mode” (hold power button until beeping noise)
- Select “Rebuild Database”
- Let the scan complete
The Warzone game files should be repaired and ready to play after following these procedures. However, if it doesn’t work, try this alternative method.
- Navigate to System Storage.
- Select “Saved Data” then pick Warzone.
- Once in, delete all saved data for Warzone.
- Restart PS and launch the game.
Unfortunately, if this does not resolve the issue or if you are using Xbox, you will need to uninstall Warzone and reinstall it. Even though it is not the step that most people want to hear, it will allow you to play Warzone.
